These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
You agree that any claim arising out of or related to these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim is permanently barred.
